1. Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return:
    • The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it.
    • It must be in the original packaging.
    • You'll need proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

  • We replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at info@noliadrinks.com

4. Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective product).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
