Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Nolia Drink Ltd. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
1. Returns
- You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- You'll need proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
2. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
- We replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at info@noliadrinks.com
4. Return Shipping
- You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective product).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
